I am having difficulty navigating and downloading the Web App - it is not clear at all how to access it on an iPhone - is there anyone who can assist me?
I am partially sighted and have some hearing loss and processing information challenges.

When accessing the OpenRent website (https://www.openrent.co.uk/) from your phone, if you click to access the sidebar you will see the option to “Add Mobile App”.
You can then follow the instructions to install the web app onto your phone.
