I have one BTL at the moment and just trying to keep costs down with the high rates that’s going on. I don’t have many transactions just the rent and mortgage really. The accountant is £480 a year does anyone do it themselves? Thanks for any info
Hi, These fees are more promising, with regard to fees, I do my own tax return for my portfolio of 50 props, and have always done it, and my hubby is an accountant. However its not a ltd company. For a ltd company, I would use an accountant. : )
I used to, though it was a company I used for contracting work, rather than property. The basic principles are the same though, whatever the nature of the business. It’s not massively difficult, but I think it’s true to say it wouldn’t be for everybody.
