what does your tenancy agreement say?
You cannot end your tenancy on this website. you’ll likely need to serve written notice to your Landlord. Your rental agreement will explain if other methods are ok too, such as by email etc.
You should also read the notice requirements laid down in your contract.
That seems like a missing facility for RentNow tenants. It would actually be very helpful in ensuring the Notice to Quit was valid as sadly many are not.
