Tenants have split up. One wants to move out next week. Can we start a new tenancy agreement for that date (and end the current one)? The soonest I can do it online is the next time rent is due - in three weeks.
They’re happy to sort out how much rent to pay each.
I don’t know about how you would do it through OR RentNow, but you can end a tenancy with immediate effect through a deed of surrender signed by all parties with a witness at the moment you wish the tenancy to end, (and not before). However, are you sure you want to do this? Is one of them wishing to stay and if so have you re-referenced them to ensure they can afford the whole rent on their own?
