My property contract with tenants will end in next month.
I and tenants want to carry on for another year contract? Can I do that? Do I can I but a rent guarantee insurance again?
If we renew contract I have to pay anything to openrent and they can collect rent as per previous terms.

Hi Keyur, you can renew your rent guarantee insurance by contacting Rentguard directly.
You won’t have to pay OpenRent anything to purchase a new insurance policy.
If you used Rent Now to create your tenancy, you can use our free renewal feature. If you did not use us to create your tenancy, then you can use Rent Now to do so this time.
