Hi I need to evict for rent arrears section 8 after serving section 21 through a service provider. . Can I do it all myself rather than pay someone and if so gets steps please

So you’ve served a section 21 notice, and I assume the tenant has not left. Have you been to court?

Yes you can do it all yourself. But ‘by yourself’ means you don’t ask us to give you the procedure for free :laughing:

Hi no I was going to serve section 8 this week as will be 2 months rent arrears

Serving a new notice won’t really add anything as the tenant will probably still not leave. I would just pursue the next step with the s21 notice, which is an application to the court for a possession order. If youre not confident about this, contact an eviction company.
