Where I am, student tenancies start in September, but I have heard from a few sources that in other cities they start in July. It would be better for us to start it in July or even August but I’m not sure if the market will accept it and I’m wondering how I could influence the tenancy start date to be earlier. When do student tenancies start in your area? If it’s in June/July why is it that early?
