Fraud from landlord or open rent

Can someone help. Received an email from open rent saying that a property I was interested in has been taken off due to ‘fraud’ but keep getting emails from ‘openrent’ and the landlord for a holding deposit and one months rent for something I haven’t even viewed yet? The customer services line is rubbish as it’s just automated.
