Hi,
I had agreed with Engineer that he would be coming between 2-6pm and he would give 30 mins heads up.
He never called, turned up and registered the visit as a no show, and was charged a call out fee.
Is there anything that I can do?
It’s not the money, but the time spent, and I need the Cert ASAP

Don’t pay him and find yourself a reliable engineer if you are near Rochdale/ Oldham/ Bury I will send you a number.
Ask him for proof of the phone call for the 30 mins heads up.
If you happen to have a camera at the property ask what time he was there and check camera.
