Hi I just re-let my house before lockdown. The agreement was initially six months, which has just lapsed.
I’ve decided I want to sell it in the New Year. I understand that I have to give 6 months notice, I believe that tenants need to give 1 month notice?
I want to time the notice so that they don’t leave the house and thereby I lose a lot of rental income, as I noticed the rental market slow down earlier this year
Is it best if I wait until October / November, or should I do it as soon as possible?
