Hi there my guarantor is asking about the reference request he has to send to his work as his manager said they only usually do them for prospective other jobs so we are just al little confused is there someone who could advise me on this as we want to make sure we are filling everything out correctly as the link sent to my guarantor looks like he is applying for the property himself which he obviously isn’t, Thank you in adviance

If he cant persuade his company to do a reference then he cant be guarantor. You should also only accept it directly from his manager, not via him.
