Help trying to rent a property my husband has passed reference but i have adverse credit.
I have added 2 guarantors to me. As ypu get option for everyone, me or husband.
Do the guarantor need to cover just me or both ?
A guarantor covers the liability for the contract. So effectively is covering you both. If the rent isn’t paid, the Guarantor is liable.
Is there a limit to number of guarantors
So i need to have combined 80k
My guarantors have 70 can i add another guarantor to increase to 80 k ?
You can add whom you need, but these questions are best directed to your prospective Landlord. Have a chat with them to see what they would need?
