I have a property through the right to buy scheme ,I got a 50 percent discount when buying it. I want to know if I can:-
1.Remortgage this to release the rest of the value that is in the property or at least enough to put down on a buy to let?
Do I need a solicitor to remortgage?
If so, how much are solicitor fees?
Is there anything I should think about before doing this?
