I have obtained an Order for possession but the tenant refuses to move out on the expiry date.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the tenant removed through the county court bailiffs in the Hastings area?

Will I apply to transfer to the High Court bailiffs any time soon?

The Tenant also owns over £10000 rent arrears, Is it a good idea for the bailiffs to seize cash and possessions at the same time? How to apply for it?

Can someone please share your experience or advice please?

Your posession order wont be for money if you used accelerated procedure - you need to do a mcol

How long did it take you to obtain Order for Possession from submitting N5B and documents to the court? Did T contest?
