No need to ‘shout’ (ie write in caps) - things are easier to read if you just write them in normal text rather than capitals because our brains are programmed to read it that way.
And, it depends on lots of factors:
How much deposit?
Using an agent?
Old or newer property (ie newer tends to have less repairs)?
Freehold or leasehold?
19 or 25 (or 26.5)% tax?
You just need to stick all of the figures in a spreadsheet and work it out.
