I am helping a family of 4 to rent an accomodation in Glasgow (preferably East Renfrewshire / Glasgow City).

Hello! A couple from Hong Kong will arrive in Glasgow next few months . They have 4 family members: 2 adult, two 10 and 12 years old boy and they are non-smokers, no pet. They have legal BNO Visa and right to rent. They are 40 middle and still working in Hong kong (Husband is in IT and Wife is a teacher). They will expect to find a job there after arrival. It will be difficult if they have yet to find work.
They will almost certainly require 6 to 12 months rent upfront. Can they provide a guarantor?
