Hi, I am an international student who is going to study in the University of Warwick from this September to the next September. During the process I search for a place to rent, I have faced a lot of difficulties. Why is it so inconvenient and how can I get in touch with the landlord?(I don’t have a UK number yet and the landlord opened tanent screening enabled service)
the message I got is following:
“Tenants need a UK-based number to book a viewing online, as tenants must be in the UK to conduct a viewing. However, you are free to ask the landlord any questions without verifying your number. Please note that this option is not available on listings with Tenant Screening Enabled.”
I am really interested in that studio which is not only colse to my university but also cheaper and bigger than the studio of the vita student appartment nearby.
Can someone help me deal with it?
