How Rent Collection Service works for Joint tenancy

I’m trying to understand how the Rent Collection Service works for a joint tenancy.

2 out of 4 tenants are repeatedly late paying their rent and it is taking up a lot of admin time and I would like to use this service to keep a payment record.

If tenants do not pay on time, do the reminders get sent to all the tenants or just those who have not paid? There does not seem to be information on the website on this. TIA

OpenRent’s rent collection service treats a joint tenancy as a single collective payment obligation rather than splitting it into individual tenant accounts

One amount due, legally all tenants are jointly liable and each can be pursued for full.amount so irrelevant who has paid 'their share ’ which doesnt exist except for any agreement between the tenants and is nothing to do with you

So makes sense all 4 told in arrears
