New to Open Rent and have recently advertised a 4 bed student property.
I think that I followed the rules but the listing advertises the total weekly rent for all 4 rooms rather than individual room rates.
I can see other advertisers manage the individual room rates. Can anyone help and explain how to do this?

Are letting the property on a joint tenancy? If so then there is only the rent for the whole property. The students are jointly and severally liable for the whole thing. You can informally suggest an individual room rate to them but it would be up to them ultimately what they pay. If you try to enforce otherwise you would likely undermine the contract.
If youre letting on room only contracts then its different.
The student market runs on a weekly advertising schedule
It won’t be comparable with the market if it’s advertised monthly
Students won’t be able to break it down
Advertise each room at a specific rate or write in the blurb the price range
On another site you market each room rate but I’m not sure if you can do that on open rent
They may have that as a choice
