I don’t want to rent to UK students but would be willing to consider foreign ones. As I understand, I should click “No students” but it may put off non-UK students. How would you go about this?
Thank you.

Don’t say anything either way.
Genuine question why not UK students and why foreign students
lol seriously, i always respect you as a landlord master, but this question of non-UK student worries me.
No for any students, they destroy your property in a different style.
A big problem with UK students is that they are living at the edge of the financial means, and have no money to maintain the property (if they even have any idea what maintenance is). Of course, this may also apply to foreign students, but if those foreign students are from rich families, paying enormous foreign student fees, then you have some satisfaction
Isnt maintenance your job?
I mean basic stuff like cleaning, allowing things to gunk up isn’t LL responsibility. Although when I was renting my wife had agents out to look at fridge door…. It wouldn’t close as too big bottles of coke on shelf….
Great story. Haven’t drunk coke for years.
I’ve had an international student and fresh UK graduate as tenants before (separately). Neither knew how to look after their home. Only time they it got a bit of a tidy/clean was just before I went round. Maybe I was just unlucky?
