Issues with OpenRent AST

While preparing AST on OpenRent platform, i observed two issues:
1/ “Initial Payment of Rent” term is used in clause 2 but it is never defined in the agreement.
2/ Clause 12.2 gives tenant 1 month notice to end tenancy at or after the Initial Term. However Mutual Break Clause 12.6, gives tenant 2 months notice to end the initial term. So at start of month 11, there is contradiction if tenant would use 12.2 or 12.6 to end tenancy as they have different notice period.

Although I haven’t studied the tenancy agreement I will have a stab at it. It sounds like the tenant has to give 2 months notice to exercise the break clause during the initial term and 1 months notice after the initial term.
