I am thinking of selling one of my properties for £50000, it has returned £4680 per year without any gaps in the tenancy in the past 4 years.
Is there an official listing for rental properties for landlords to buy within OpenRent ?
I realise I could just put it on the open market but would prefer as little upset to the tennants as possible.

It would be good if there was an official listing for landlords
buy or sell properties. At least landlords would have
get all information when buying the property.

I am selling one of my property too and in future I will.

If sold by auction and tenants in residence usually there are no viewings so tenants aren’t disturbed. Obviously auction prices are usually a bit lower but in some areas are doing well.
