Soon Government will be abolishing S21 - i.e. they will tie landlords further therefore we need to be the next Houdini!
After 3 months of repair, I will put a property on the market! I will be stricter than ever before but even then I know that things can get change over time! Not sure what else to do apart from being more strict, Anyone has any other ideas? Thank you
It depends on your market but asking for more than one month’s rent could be useful.
In my experience if you provide a nice house at a slightly above average price then you also tend to attract better tenants. Be very selective, listen to your intuition.
