I am meant to have a viewing today but the landlord will not answer me so am not sure what to do
Why do you need the landlord to contact you if you KNOW you have a viewing then it has been arranged so just turn up as expected.
If you cannot make the viewing and have GENUINELY tried EVERY possible way to contact the Landlord then unfortunately you cannot do much else
You say you meant to have a viewing today what do you mean by meant? Either you have or you havent
He said can I do half 2 and that was it but he hasent answered since but I don’t now the flat number or anything
If your description of the situation is accurate, I would seriously consider whether you want to rent a property from a LL who treats applicants like this. If their comms are bad in the application process, imagine how badly they’d communicate when you have a problem in the flat.
