holding viewings 10 days after advertising is too long. most people will have found other places by then. timing is everything. put it up on a wednesday, do viewings at the weekend.

There’re a few advertising platforms. I tried to use one and won’t use it ever again. This griffin has very mixed reviews.
Yes i absolutely learned that. To top it I put the add up and had no time the next 3 days to follow up. Then the current tenant was not happy to do viewings.
I have learned a few things for next time. Exactly what you said, place the add and be prepared for action (have days off afterwards).
I know this is an old thread but did you have any luck in the end? I am going through exactly the same issues as you did.I’m self employed and am entitled to universal credit to top me up as rentals are so expensive in London yet no one will even give me a viewing as soon as I mention this.I will soon be homeless at this rate
