Me and my wife are planning to buy a pub of which Ground Floor is a PUB and First Floor is a Flat .
Our idea is to buy it and convert the ground floor as well to Flat.

We are planning to buy more properties under the same company set up .
We are NOT planning to sell any property. We will use the income from the company for our personal use (may be dividend or salary).
We will be handing over the business to our children in the future .
