Hello. We are after a long term 3 bed house for an adult family of four.
Must accept DSS and pets. We have references, guarantor, deposit and rent in advance. Excellent credit rating no CCJ,S.
non smokers non drinkers.
Prefer to decorate as one adult 20 year old daughter has autism and would need her bedroom as a sensory bedroom.
Fully understand LHA rates don’t cover full cost of rentals but we are good with finances and have got shortfall allowances covered.
Lived in current accommodation for 14 years and have always paid rent, shortfall, bills on time. Regular communication to contact landlord/ estate agent a must.
Reason for moving. To be nearer family.
Areas preferred. Wainfleet, Skegness.
Other areas considered. Alford, bilsby, mumby, hogsthorpe, chapel st Leonard’s, ingoldmells, burgh le marsh, Croft, wrangle, old leek, butter wick, fishtoft, sibsey, stickney, Spilsby, partney.
