We are a professional and quiet couple in our 40s and looking for a 2 bed property to rent in Surrey (any town)from October. We live in a rental property at the moment however we would like to secure a property available in October (we are flexible by a few weeks) now because we plan to go abroad for a few months and we want a place to move in directly when we are back. ( We have nowhere to stay to look for properties and it can take quite some time that’s why we want to secure it before we leave).
So how can we find a property now and arrange the holding deposit etc. How do we go about this?
Any advice would be helpful, thank you
