2 major works. Asked for copy invoice. Transparency of cost breakdown. Directors Totally ignored request. Very rude. Eventually managing agent sent copy of works detail and took off costs. All I see is total costs. £9000. Also they put in 2 lines to say flat owners will b cross charged for window glazing and repairs, yet owners not told this and total cost just divided by service charge %. I am the only owner to see the works list with the additional clause so other owners not aware they will be billed.
The works demand says in appendix owners have right to see works invoice.
Asked for a call to discuss. Said couldn’t take call.

Linda, sorry that your Management company doesn’t own up to their responsibilities. Both of our management companies send us the list of works and the cost of each item on the list. We don’t have to ask for it. Now we’re buying another flat with MC that seems to be a bad un. Let’s see how this one goes.
Yes, got the works notice, total sum not split of activity but the attachment point 2 states invoices should be made available to owners on request. I requested. Nothing. Am asking again
