Hello - I’m planning on renting a flat out to a family where three people are working and will be sharing the rent payment. I’ll be referencing these three people but expect that they will individually fail the affordability check, whereas their combined incomes would provide a pass. Does anyone know if the referencing and affordability check on openrent takes this into consideration? Thanks.
It usually does take account of this.
Are you certain that these people are related? Otherwise you are creating an HMO.

I didn’t even think of that. It’s parents, two girls over 18 and a 14 yo son.
