Mutual Break Clause Advice

The Mutual Break clause in the tenancy for an AST of 6 month’s as below - does this mean I can give the tenant at just past the 4 months period of their tenancy notice to leave so that then in effect will leave a day or so after their 6 months initial tenancy ends, and I just need to inform them formally by recorded letter and email - and I can do this for any reason even if I want to continue letting out the property to others and without the need for a section 21? thanks see below whats in my agreement

Mutual Break Clause
12.5. Any time after 4 months from the start of the Tenancy Agreement either party can exercise the break
clause by giving two months notice in writing to the other party. This means that the earliest time that the
tenancy can be ended by this clause is after the expiry of 6 months from the commencement of the Term.

If this tenancy is a 6 month term then you can serve notice from day 1 month 5 and you didnt need a break clause.
