I read this as renewal of the agents’ contract, but even if was for review of T&c and new tenancy contract annually I agree it shouldn’t be needed with APTs just like it wasnt needed with 12m fixed term tenancies
Well yes. If theyve yet to sign the renewal it may not be too late /boat sailed tho there may be exit or cancellation clauses/costs
