Hello I have a question after I place a holding deposit and the reference failed do I get refunded for the deposit that I pay? Thanks
If you have withheld material information or have been dishonest you will have wasted the landlords time so the landlord can legitimately keep it. Look up Open Rents T&Cs on holding deposits.
