I’m on the free trial and published yesterday - submitted my documents to Rightmove and it shows as published on the openrent site with a tick and it counting down but when I click through to rightmove the advert isn’t there and nothing is showing. I was aware some things might take time to pull through but there is no ad? Can anyone shine any light? Or do I just need to wait longer?

As a new user your account and associated adverts can get held up in a few security checks (both on our side and by our advertising partners), but rest assured your advert will still appear within hours of this approval process. If your advert still isn’t on Rightmove after 12 hours of our email to you confirming approval (subject: “Your property has been fully approved”) please do contact us by reply to that email and our team will investigate.
