Water droplets from condensation in the cold pipe line damaged the under sink cabinets. The tenant not informed about this happened for the property. When we go there we find out about this? How to deal with this issue? Any suggestions please
There’s not a lot you can do about this. If you try to make deductions from the tenants deposit or to sue them at court, you would almost certainly lose. You would be expected to pick this problem up at regular inspections.
