My re-advert went live last evening. (advertised last week & went in to the process with a tenant & they pulled out when I asked whether they are happy to provide a guarantor. Pathetic!).
Anyway, I haven’t had any enquires yet for my advert this time. So I went & used a bogus email & sent a query to test via Right Move. It is nearly an hour and I haven’t received it yet.
Is this normal?
Last week when i advertised I had enquires within 2 hours.
