Right move enquires not coming through

The Rightmove enquiries are not coming through to this portal. Has anyone had this issue before?

How long has it been?

I have found it can take a few days after the ad has gone live for these enquiries to start coming through. Always makes me panic a little.

If you are testing needs to be a different email address.

How do you know they are not coming through?

If you have tested, you will likely have had a message from Openrent saying ‘they know you have submitted test enquiries’, and that they don’t send them through? They know!

I have had tests come through via Rightmove through a different email account, but from same device.

To be on the safe side get a friend to do it.
