Hello,
One of my tenants is moving out and the boyfriends of the remaining tenant moving in. What happens with the deposit. Once the tenant has moved out I can pay her side of the deposit back ? Does the remaining tenant keep their existing deposit with the DPS or do they need to pay again in the renewal of the contract ? I then transfer her first deposit back ? I’m unsure of the process.
