I work in a shop, but do online training courses for my job at home. Does that count as working from home and therefore I can claim the working from home tax relief on my self assessment?
Probably for last year and this year because they relaxed the rules due to COVID. If required by your employer to work at home at some point in the tax year, you can claim.
In normal years, I would suspect probably not, assuming it’s not regular.
