Only have acces to UK phone number via WhatsApp while being abroad

Hi All,

I can’t seem to get verified without a functioning landline UK number. Does anyone know a way I can still use my UK phone number but via WhatsApp?
My current UK mobile plan doesn’t work outside the UK, so I’m trying to figure out a workaround.
