Dear OpenRent, there must be thousands of Landlords like me, who want to switch to OpenRent to make their lives easier, with regards to rent collection, and rental insurance etc. but at the moment, adding an existing tenancy to Openrent is blatantly too difficult and over complicated . As I understand it, you have to advertise your property ( which is not really available ) with Open rent, then pause the advert, inform your tenant ( who is of course already your tenant for many years ) to respond to your Open rent advertisement by forwarding a deposit to Open rent. Which will in due course be returned to them. Can you please respond.
