I have just noticed that there’s problem with the email alerts from prospective tenants for viewing requests and followup questions. There emails arrive late, sometimes hours late and not in the sequence that the tenants send their queries.
Sorry to hear about this - we’ve not had any reports of email delivery issues. However, if you have examples of this, do you mind sending them over to us via email (using any of our customer service emails)? If you can include the email headers, that would also be helpful so we can identify each email individually.
