OpenRent notifications

I got an email from openrent at midday today saying that a landlord had replied to my enquiry from four days ago. I click the email and it says that not only did the landlord originally reply straight away (with no notification to me), but they continued to send me messages a further five times (none with a notification sent to me), and then closed the enquiry saying that I wasn’t complying. I do not blame the landlord and luckily I happen to finalising a tenancy agreement with someone else from outside of OpenRent but I am quite honestly appalled. If I had not been searching outside of OpenRent as well, what would I have done?
