Order for Possession

Hi everyone

I’m currently a tenant served with a court of possession as the landlord wishes to sell/increase the rent judge favours the landlord and accepts the possession I’ve been given his costs to pay but I’m struggling myself I’ve paid on time, had no issues with repairs needing done. But I’ve left in limbo here where can I get help with costs as I’m on universal credit and every penny is paid towards the rent and bills up to date, I’ve applied online at the gov.uk website only to be told by the advisor at the court that they don’t deal with this and i need to contact the landlords solicitor but court papers have no solicitor details other than an accountant which I’ve tried calling and told there is no solicitor acting here. I’m confused  please help !!!

What is it that you’re looking to achieve?

Thanks for replying back as I said the local council will not help me unless a bailiff is issued now if I’m refused continually by other letting agents due to DSS where does that leave me? Homeless? Sleeping onthe streets unfortunately so now the letting agents have emailed me today with a reminder to pay landlords costs and vacate now who do I listen to ? The council ? Or the letting agents who don’t give a toss ?

If you cant find anywhere, your only option is to wait for bailiffs so that the Council accept you as homeless.
