Property management - Brighton

Hi everyone

Could anyone recommend a service to manage my Brighton property on an ongoing basis please? OpenRent are great for the getting the property filled, but it doesn’t look like they manage the ongoing tasks - primarily periodic inspections and organising maintenance. The rates being charged by agents on the High Street are typically 14.4% inc VAT, which I find eye-watering and budget busting.

That rate actually isn’t too bad compared to some. (If fully managed), even so you can often negotiate it down.

Aim for 8%
