A high street agent is quoting me 10% of the rent to manage my property! That’s ridiculous! And they basically don’t do anything past refer you to expensive tradespeople when something goes wrong at the property. Why is it so expensive??
If they quote you 10% then it should be a 24/7 management service where they do it all.
If you want a management service why don’t you use Openrent’s. Don’t think they’re worse than a high street agent’s.
