Property no longer listed after enquiry

I listed a property on OpenRent this morning. I had an enquiry quite quickly and was notified by e-mail but this was almost immediately followed by an e-mail thanking me for letting OpenRent know my property was let.

I haven’t responded to the enquirer yet to arrange a viewing so I don’t understand why my property listing was taken down?
