Garage, or outbuilding size of garage size for workbench and storage.
Garden area -so we can sit out and enjoy the sun and somewhere for the cat to wonder.
About Us:
Adult 1- Senior Administrator in NHS - based at Conquest Hospital hence preference to remain local ( as well as having parent living locally)
Adult 2- Currently receiving Employment and Support Allowance but seeking work.
Affordability Criteria:
£985pcm
Would prefer rent of £950pcm or less.
Have completed Canopy passport and have excellent credit indicator.
Current Situation:
Currently in Tied Accommodation but losing this as Partner lost job due to illness and Ex-Employer/Landlord has in addition issued us with a Section 21- though we could easily have paid the suggested rent.
Location Preference:
East Sussex / Kent -areas Hawkhurst, Newenden, Tenterden, Northiam, Broad Oak/Brede, Westfield, Sedlescombe, Ashburnham, Ninfield, Catsfield, outskirts Sidley/Bexhill/ St.Leonards.
