I have had a request from a guarantor to be removed from the tenancy agreement.
They have been a guarantor for over 4years.
In that time I have had no problems with payments from the tenant…. I am quite happy to remove the guarantor but have no idea how to go about it and if there are any costs involved…. Does anyone have any experience of this type of scenario……
Why do they want to be removed?
They have fallen out with each other and are no longer talking 
Youre not obliged to remove the guarantor and you may live to regret the decision.
Seems very harsh on the guarantor.
