How do I ask the landlord of my sons property a question I’m gaurantor for my son but he’s not speaking to me now?
As guarrantor do you not have a record of his address ?

Question is not about removing yourself as guarantor is it?
I just want to know when to sign another agreement as I won’t sign it

you must surely have a copy that gives you the info?
You are typically bound for the duration of tenancy.

If a guarantor came to me and wanted to come off tenancy then the tenant would be leaving ASAP unless another guarantor can be found.
